The call for scholarships for students of the University of Tirana is open at the University Hellenic Mediterranean, Greece, within the framework of the Erasmus + program for the second semester of the academic year 2025-2026.
Within the framework of the Erasmus + Program, a call for applications for mobility scholarships for students of the University of Tirana at the Hellenic Mediterranean University, Greece, for the second semester of the academic year 2025-2026 is open.
Mobility levels for students:
– Bachelor;
– Masters;
- PhD.
Types of mobility include:
- Exchange of students for studies / traineeship;
Duration of scholarships:
– 1 semester;

Scholarships include:
– Monthly compensation (800 EUR per month);
- Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home universities);

Documents required for application for students:
– CV;
– Passport copy;
– Student certificate (in Albanian and officially translated into English / Greek);
– Diploma (photocopy);
– List of grades (for Master / PhD students, a list of previous levels of study must also be attached), (in Albanian and officially translated into English / Greek);
– Foreign language certificate;
– Motivation Letter (in English / Greek, according to the study program);
– Plan proposal or Learning Agreement;
Proposal plan – (in Albanian and English/Greek, citing your proposal for the mobility period, specifying your proposal for the traineeship, signed by the applicant and the coordinator at the faculty)
Learning Agreements
The Learning Agreement is a contract between the home university and the applicant and serves to define the courses you will take at the host university. You only need to complete the first section ''Before Mobility''. Table A defines the courses and credits you will take at the host university, while Table B defines which of the courses in Table A will be recognized at the University of Tirana once you have completed the exchange period.
ATTENTION: You must choose to complete the same courses at the host University as those you would complete in the second semester at your faculty, so that the courses and credits will be recognized when you return. If the selected subjects differ from the ones you would develop in your faculty the second semester, then when you return you must develop the subjects that do not fit in the University of Tirana.
The "Learning Agreement" document in the "Commitment" section is signed first by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and then in the Rectors by the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +. If the student changes courses during mobility, the During mobility section must be signed by the person in charge at the faculty and then by the person in charge at the Rectors.

The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and they must be sent scanned to the e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
