The call for scholarships is open for students of the University of Tirana at the Bialystok University of Technology, Poland, within the Erasmus + Program, for the second semester of the academic year 2022-2023.

Within the framework of the Erasmus+ Program, the call for applications for mobility scholarships for students of the University of Tirana at the Bialystok University of Technology, Poland, for the second semester of the academic year 2022-2023 has been opened.

Types of mobility include:

- Student exchange for studies;

Mobility levels for students:

– Bachelor;

– Masters;

Duration of mobility:

– 1 semester;

Fields of study:

– Computing and Information Technology;

– Mathematics;

– Environmental engineering;

– Business Administration;

– Chemistry and its sciences;

Scholarships include:

– Monthly compensation (800 Euro per month);

– Travel costs (275 Euro).

Documents required for application for Bachelor level students:

– CV (in English);

– Passport copy;

– Student certificate (in Albanian and officially translated into English);

– Grade list (in Albanian and officially translated into English);

– Letter of Motivation in English;

– Foreign language certificate (English B2);

-*Learning Agreement;

*The Learning Agreement is a contract between the home university and the applicant and serves to define the courses you will study at the host university. You only need to complete the first section ''Before the mobility. Table A defines the subjects and credits you will receive at the host university, table B defines which of the subjects of Table A will be recognized at the University of Tirana when you have completed the exchange period.

ATTENTION: You must choose to complete at Bialystok University of Technology the same courses that you would complete in the second semester at your faculty, so that the courses and credits will be recognized when you return. If the selected subjects differ from those you would develop in your faculty, then when you return you must develop the subjects that do not fit in the University of Tirana.

The "Learning Agreement" document in the "Commitment" section is signed first by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and then in the Rectors by the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +. If the student changes courses during mobility, the During mobility section must be signed by the person in charge at the faculty and then by the person in charge at the Rectors.

Deadline for application: November 30, 2022

The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and must be sent scanned to the e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
