Within the Erasmus+ Program, the call for applications for mobility scholarships for the second semester of the 2019-2020 academic year for students of the University of Tirana at the Eberswalde University in Germany has been opened.

Types of mobility include:

 

- Student exchange for studies;

 

Mobility levels for students:

 

– Bachelor;

– Masters;

 

Duration of scholarships:

 

– Bachelor (1 -2 semesters);

– Master (1-2 semesters);

 

Fields of study:

 

BACHELOR – International Forest Ecosystem Management (English B2 or German B2)

BACHELOR – Landschaftsnutzung und Naturschutz (German C1)

BACHELOR – Forestry (German C1)

MASTER – Regional development and nature protection (German C1)

MASTER – Sustainable Tourism Management /Nachhaltiges Tourismusmanagement (English B2 or German C1)

MASTER – Forestry System Transformation (English B2)

   

Scholarships include:

- Monthly allowance of 800 Euro per month for students;

– Travel costs (275 Euros)

Students benefiting from Erasmus+ mobility will not pay any tuition fees at the host university. Students will continue to pay their tuition and/or registration fees at their home university.

 

Documents required for application for level students Bachelor:

 -CV (in English/German);

 

 -Copy of Passport;

 -Student certificate (officially translated into English/German);

 - Grade list (officially translated into English/German);

 -Motivation Letter (in English/German);

 - Foreign language certificate (English/German B2);

 

 -Learning Agreement*

*Learning Agreement is a contract between the home university and the applicant and serves to determine the courses you will develop at the host university. You only need to complete the first section "Mobility Plan". Table A defines the subjects and credits you will receive at the host university, table B defines which of the subjects from Table A will be recognized at the University of Tirana when you have completed the exchange period.

ATTENTION: You must choose to complete the same courses at Eberswalde University as you would in the second semester at your faculty, so that the courses and credits will be recognized when you return. If the selected courses differ from those you would develop in your faculty in the second semester, then when you return you must develop/attend the courses that do not fit in the University of Tirana.

The "Learning Agreement" document in the "Commitment" section is signed first by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and then in the Rectors by the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +. If the student changes courses during mobility, the During mobility section must be signed by the person in charge at the faculty and then by the person in charge at the Rectors.

– Bachelor's degree;

- List of bachelor grades (translated into English/German);

-Student certificate (translated into English/German);

-List of master grades (translated into English/German);

-Motivation Letter (in English/German);

-Certificate of foreign language (English/German B2);

Deadline for application:   December 04, 2019

The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Directorate of External Relations and Students, Sector of External Relations from Monday to Thursday 10:30 - 11:30 and 14:30 - 16:00, as well as to be sent scanned to e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
