Within the framework of the Erasmus+ Program, the call for applications for mobility scholarships for students of the University of Tirana in the Masaryk University, Czech Republic, for the first semester of the academic year 2023-2024 has been opened.
Types of mobility include:
- Student exchange for studies;
Mobility levels for students:
– Bachelor;
– Masters;
Duration of scholarships:
– Bachelor (1 semester);
– Master (1 semester);

Scholarships include:
– Monthly compensation (800 Euro per month for students);
– Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Students benefiting from Erasmus+ mobility will not pay any tuition fees at the host university. Students will continue to pay their tuition and/or registration fees at their home university.
Documents required for application for Bachelor level students:
– CV (in English);
– Passport copy;
– Student certificate (in Albanian and officially translated into English);
– Grade list (in Albanian and officially translated into English);
– Letter of Motivation (in English);
– Foreign language certificate B2 (English);
*In the absence of a Foreign Language Certificate, the student can submit a declaration of knowledge of a foreign language, according to the format of the host university:

-*Learning Agreement;
*Learning Agreement is a contract between the home university and the applicant and serves to determine the courses you will develop at the host university. You only need to complete the first section "Mobility Plan". Table A defines the subjects and credits you will receive at the host university, table B defines which of the subjects from Table A will be recognized at the University of Tirana when you have completed the exchange period.
ATTENTION: You must choose to complete at Masaryk University the same courses as those you would complete in the first semester at your faculty, so that the courses and credits will be recognized when you return. If the selected subjects differ from those you would develop in your faculty the first semester, then when you return you must develop the subjects that do not fit in the University of Tirana.
The "Learning Agreement" document in the "Commitment" section is signed first by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and then in the Rectors by the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +.
If the student makes changes during mobility, the Learning Agreement document must be signed in the same way as the initial Learning Agreement.

The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Department of External Relations, and must be sent scanned to the e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
