The call for exchange scholarships under the Erasmus + Program for UT students at Necmettin Erbakan University, Turkey, for the second semester of the 2025-2026 academic year is open.
Within the framework of the Erasmus + Program, a call for applications for mobility scholarships for students of the University of Tirana to Necmettin Erbakan University, Turkey, for the second semester of the academic year 2025-2026 is open.
Types of mobility include:
- Exchange of students for studies / traineeship;
Mobility levels for students:
– Bachelor;
– Masters;
– Doctorate;
Duration of scholarships:
– 5 months for study exchange / 2 months for traineeship exchange;
Fields of exchange:
- foreign language;
- History and Archaeology;
- Social and behavioral sciences;
- Business administration;
- Justice;
- Biology and its sciences;
- Environment;
- Physics.

Scholarships include:
– Monthly compensation (800 EUR per month for students);
– Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home universities).

Documents required for application for students:
– CV (in English / Turkish, depending on the study program);
– Passport copy;
– List of grades for the current level (for Master/PhD students, the list of grades for previous levels of studies must also be attached), (in Albanian and officially translated into English/Turkish, depending on the study program);
– Student certificate (in Albanian and officially translated into English / Turkish, depending on the study program);
– Motivation Letter (in English / Turkish, depending on the study program);
– Foreign language certificate;
– *Learning Agreement document (minimum 30 ECTS);
*Learning Agreement is a contract between the home university and the applicant and serves to determine the courses you will develop at the host university. You only need to complete the first section "Before Mobility". Table A defines the subjects and credits you will receive at the host university, while table B defines which of the subjects of Table A will be recognized at the University of Tirana when you have completed the exchange period.
ATTENTION: You must choose to take the same courses at the host university as you would take in the second semester at your faculty, so that the courses and credits are recognized when you return. If the courses you choose differ from those you would take at your faculty in the second semester, then when you return you must take the courses that do not fit at the University of Tirana.
The "Learning Agreement" document in the "Commitment" section is signed first by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and then in the Rectors by the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +. If the student changes courses during mobility, the During mobility section must be signed by the person in charge at the faculty and then by the person in charge at the Rectors.
