Within the framework of the Erasmus + Program, a call for applications for mobility scholarships for students of the University of Tirana at the Autonomous University of Madrid, in Spain, for the academic year 2025-2026 has been opened.

Types of mobility include:
- Student exchange for studies;
Mobility levels for students:
– Bachelor;
- Masters;
– PhD;
Duration of scholarships:
– 1 semester (January – June 2026);

Scholarships include:
-Monthly compensation for students (850 EUR per month + 250 EUR / month as: Additional support for disadvantaged backgrounds (students must submit supporting documentation at the time of application));
-Travel costs (309 Euros);
Students benefiting from Erasmus + mobility will not pay any tuition fees at the host university. Students will continue to pay registration fees at their home university.

– CV (in Albanian and English);
– Passport copy;
– List of grades for the Bachelor's level (in Albanian and officially translated into English);
– Bachelor's student certificate (in Albanian and officially translated into English);
– Motivation Letter (in Albanian and English);
– Foreign language certificate (English language level B1);
– *Learning Agreement document;
*Learning Agreement is a contract between the home university and the applicant and serves to determine the courses you will develop at the host university. You only need to complete the first section "Before Mobility". Table A defines the subjects and credits you will receive at the host university, while table B defines which of the subjects of Table A will be recognized at the University of Tirana when you have completed the exchange period.
ATTENTION: You must choose to complete the same courses at the host University as those you would complete in the second semester at your faculty, so that the courses and credits will be recognized when you return. If the selected subjects differ from the ones you would develop in your faculty the second semester, then when you return you must develop the subjects that do not fit in the University of Tirana.
The "Learning Agreement" document in the "Commitment" section is signed first by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and then in the Rectors by the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +. If the student changes courses during mobility, the During mobility section must be signed by the person in charge at the faculty and then by the person in charge at the Rectors.
