On the date September 3, 2014, IN HOURS 11:00 IN The Hall of the Academic Senate of the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, was organized the ceremony of awarding the title "Doctor Honoris Causa" to Mr.Ahmet Cal?k.

 

Mr. Chal?k received this title with the motivation: "For special contribution and unparalleled perseverance in the development of the Albanian economy, as well as for the continuous evaluation and support of universities in Albania."

 

Prof. were present at the ceremony. Dr. Dhori Kule, Rector of the University of Tirana, UT Senators, Mrs. Lindita Nikolla, Minister of Education and Sports, Mrs. Brunilda Pascal, Deputy Minister of Economic Development, Trade and Entrepreneurship, HE Mr. Hidayet Bayraktar, Ambassador of the Turkish Republic in Albania, many personalities from the field of politics and education, representatives of the company "Çal?kHolding", Rectors of Public and Private Universities, managers and lecturers of the University of Tirana as well as many other guests.
