The goal the main goal of this project is strengthening the international cooperation of the institutions of education up? n? Serbia and Albania; raising the level of knowledge and technical capacities n? the use of instrumental methods of analysis?sn? field? in the defense of environment and control and security? food; the improvement of these capacities in entrepreneurship through the education of continue n? field? in the defense of environment and food, aiming for a positive impact in the field of health, environment, tourism and economy in Serbia and Albania in support of their development processes to join the EU.

 

The project aims to develop the NETCHEM platform which will serve in three directions:

1. Creation of the SQL system for data collection in the field of environment and control and food safety
2. Remote communication of instrumental analysis laboratories (WARIAL)
3. The possibility of using other resources in the field of education (OER)

 

The interest groups in this project are the lecturers of higher education institutions, scientific researchers, students as well as business specialists. The project aims to promote and help continuous study for lecturers as well as specialists in entrepreneurship, distance education, virtual movement of students through universities, thereby overcoming technical and social barriers between partner countries and those of the EU. The instrumental analyzes of environmental and food samples that will be carried out within the project using the WARIAL network will create the basis for the establishment of the SQL system of data collection of environmental and food indicators that will influence public awareness in these field.

 

The main impact of the project is in the field of higher education in the countries of the Western Balkans and therefore also in Albania. In the partner institutions in the project in Serbia and Albania, the existing curricula will be improved, the fund of study materials will be expanded, new methodologies and tools will be developed and used, which will be continuously updated. Teaching will be modernized as a result of the use of new teaching elements based on the use of communication and information technology. With the help of the academic staff and teachers, flexible, efficient and cost-effective ways will be recommended for the realization of the learning process and trainings in the service of the labor market in the field of environment and food control.

The signing of the Memorandum of cooperation in the field of teaching and scientific research based on the NETCHEM Platform developed by the project will ensure the strengthening of connections and ongoing cooperation between EU countries and higher education institutions of partner countries.
