Interview with students participating in the "International Student Scientific Conference"

The University of Tirana organized the "International Student Scientific Conference", for the first time of this size, with the participation of 295 students and researchers, from 29 public and private institutions, where a total of 128 studies and works from all fields were presented: linguistics, Albanianology , legal science, social science and natural science.

We are bringing the opinions of some of the young people who participated in this conference.
Dorian Berisha, master's student, second year, Department of Literature, branch: Theory and Literary Criticism.
What topic have you chosen to do your paper!
I chose the topic "Pact of fact and fiction" - the case of "Illusions in the Drawer" by Fatos Kongoli.
Why did you choose this topic and why did you choose to devote yourself to research?
This choice came as a result of my liking for Congolese prose in general and the autobiographical prose "Illusions in the Drawer" in particular. Study deficiencies related to the approach of this novel from the theoretical side. autobiography/autofiction and the treatments of one of the specialists of this genre - Philippe Lejeune.
How difficult is it today to deal with studies or scientific research?
Today it is difficult to deal with scientific research due to the lack of support funds and state incentives for studies firstly and for young researchers secondly.
I have always found moral and professional support from my parents and respective professors towards the pursuit of knowledge and innovation in critical thinking. And for the space for this work to be promoted and given the weight it deserves, I have to thank the University of Tirana for once again speaking with our voice, the voice of the students.
A message to other young people?
My message to young people would be Goethe's saying - "Whatever you want to do, start it!" Courage possesses genius, strength, majesty"
and "work makes genius".
