On October 8 and 9, 2013, the meeting of the JoinEU-SEE PENTA Project, of the Erasmus Mundus program of the European Union, took place at the Rectorate of the University of Tirana (Senate Hall). Representatives from 30 European and Western Balkan countries were present. At the opening ceremony of the meeting, the Rector of the University of Tirana, Prof. Dr. Dhori Kule.
