Cadastre, lawyers specialized in property law

The State Cadastre Agency will employ as part of its administration lawyers trained and profiled in property law. Graduated lawyers or students of the Faculty of Law at the University of Tirana will be trained in the field of property law, to become part of the State Cadastre Agency. 

In the training and professional formation of these lawyers, pedagogues of the Faculty of Law at UT will contribute, through the program that will be opened and supported by the Cadastre Agency. 

For this reason, today, June 23, 2023, in the premises of the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, an agreement was signed between the Rector of UT, Prof. Dr. Artan Hoxha and the director of the State Cadastre Agency, Mrs. Dallëndyshe Bici.

By means of this agreement and within the framework of the program that will be opened for the formation of lawyers profiled in property matters, a contribution of the UT professorship, Faculty of Law, in the teaching (training) process, in this program.

Students of this faculty will be offered training opportunities and then employment at the State Cadastre Agency.
