Based on the link No. 80/2015 "For higher education and scientific research in higher education institutions in the Republic of Albania", article 38, point 1, and article 46: In the Regulation "On the organization of elections for the governing authority and the Academic Senate of the University of Tirana, as well as articles 40, 43; in the Statute of the University of Tirana, articles 37 and article 38 as well as in the minutes of the ad-hoc commission, set up by the SA, UT, after the secret ballot process, the Academic Senate of the University of Tirana, at the meeting dated March 19, 2025,
