On November 7, 2013, the University of Tirana signed the Cooperation Agreement with the "Haxhi Zeka" University of Peja. The University of Tirana and the "Haxhi Zeka" University of Peja, with this agreement, aim to: Develop academic cooperation at the level of university studies, as well as the development of research, scientific and cultural activities between the two Universities, more specifically the respective Faculties of Law and Economy.

Cooperation between the parties to this Agreement will be developed in the following areas:
a) To exchange their best experience in the field of scientific research, through the exchange of academic personnel

b) To develop joint scientific research activities in the programs of the three study cycles; 

c) Joint activities related to the presentation and distribution of scientific research results of both parties inside and outside the country. This Cooperation Agreement was signed by Prof. Dr. Dhori Kule, Rector of the University of Tirana and Prof. Dr. Naser Mrasori, Rector of "Haxhi Zeka" University of Peja.
