The University of Tirana has signed bilateral agreements with many national and international Institutions.
UT is involved as a partner institution in several European Commission co-operation programs such as Tempus, Erasmus Mundus Action 2, IPA.
European projects in which UT was a partner are JoinEU-SEE, Basileus, Pacinno, Eureqa, Tempus Interface.
All UT structures have benefited from the successful implementation of these projects.
Scholarships won by students and academic/administrative staff have significantly influenced the increase in their qualification and experience, recognition and provision of a contemporary literature necessary for their pedagogical-scientific activity, as well as in the creation of institutional contacts for co-operation opportunities with other Universities.
