On the procedure and documentation required for the change of generalities at the University of Tirana

The student interested in changing the generalities must submit the documentation to the UT Rectorate and follow the procedure as follows:

  • Certificate issued within the last 3 (three) months by the relevant Faculty of the student
  • Marriage certificate or other document certifying the data to be changed, issued within the last 3 (three) months
  • Handwritten completion of a form for the change of generalities at the Rectors
  • Making the payment of the fee for administrative acts of 400 lek at Credins Bank (the payment order is withdrawn at the Rectory or online)
  • After submitting these documents to the UT Rectorate, the Rectorate forwards to the relevant Faculty the necessary documentation for the change of generalities. After 10 (ten) days from the submission of the documents to the Rectors, the student must inquire with the Faculty if the change of generalities has been carried out.
