The Assembly of Albania has announced the vacancies for two members of the High Judicial Council and two members of the High Prosecution Council

The Assembly of Albania, in implementation of the provisions of article 147, point 2, and article 149, point 2, of the Constitution of the Republic of Albania, articles 37, point 1 and 135, point 1, of law no. 115/2016 "On the Governing Bodies of the Justice System", on 22.07.2021, announced the vacancies and the legal criteria that must be met by candidates interested in two positions in the High Judicial Council and two positions in the High Prosecution Council, from the teaching staff of the faculties of law and the School of Magistracy.
