This project aims to contribute to promoting innovative and interdisciplinary teaching approaches (STEAM) in education by designing, developing and evaluating a Master of Science course in STEAM Education. The aim of the project is to create a MASTER in STEAM sciences (technology, engineering, arts, mathematics) aiming to contribute to the promotion of innovative and interdisciplinary approaches to teaching in STE(A)M in education by designing, developing and evaluating a Master of Science in STEAM Education course. This course is aimed at students, teachers and professionals seeking the knowledge and skills to drive educational change in response to an increasingly technological world. The course in STEAM will provide a national, international, practice-oriented understanding of the ways in which fundamental debates about formal and informal STEAM education can generate responses to social and environmental issues.
Expected results from the project:
- Opening of a new MSc in STEAM education in collaboration with UT Faculties and abroad.
- Strengthening the cooperation between the Faculties of the University of Tirana;
- Internationalization of UT by offering more degrees (at master's level) in English.
