NISPAcee – Network of Public Administration Institutions in Central and Eastern Europeis an international network that brings together academic and research institutions specialized in public administration in Central and Eastern Europe. This network aims to promote the exchange of experiences, knowledge and best practices in the field of public administration and governance.

The main objectives of NISPAcee are:

• Promoting academic and research cooperation in the field of public administration;
• Promoting the mobility of students, lecturers and public administration experts;
• Organization of international conferences, seminars and research projects;
• Exchange of best practices and advanced methodologies in public administration;
• Strengthening the institutional and academic capacities of member universities and institutions;

The University of Tirana is an active part of NISPAcee, contributing to projects, conferences and research activities aimed at strengthening public administration and governance at regional and international levels. This commitment enables the UT to increase academic and professional capacities, promote the exchange of experiences and strengthen links with counterpart institutions in Central and Eastern Europe.
