In support of Article 11, point 1 "c", of Law No. 80/2015 "On Higher Education and Scientific Research in Higher Education Institutions in the Republic of Albania", of letter "c", of point 3 of Council of Ministers Decision No. 397, dated 03.05.2017 "On the Organization and Functioning of the National Agency for Financing Higher Education", as well as of the Decision of the Council of Ministers No. 440, dated 19.07.2023, "On the Definition of the Student Loan Scheme", as amended, we inform you that:

The National Agency for Financing Higher Education has made public the announcement for students with citizenship and residence in Albania, who are registered and pursuing their studies at an institution of higher education, to apply to benefit from the student loan scheme, to finance the costs of their studies.

Students can apply within February, through the unique government portal "e-Albania", in the electronic service "Student Loan Application", by completing the application form and uploading the necessary documents.
