Candidates for governing authorities should send electronically to the address kizut2021@unitir.edu.al, by 11.05.2021, 12.00, the list of observers for whom accreditation is required.

Observers for whom accreditation is required must appear at KIZ on Tuesday, 11.05.2021, from 12.00 to 16.00, to be provided with the authorization of accreditation. Observers should have with them:

1. Photocopies of the identity card;
2. A photograph.
