Notice from the Polish Embassy
The Polish Embassy announces that the National Academic Exchange Agency of the Republic of Poland, NAWA, from May 20, 2021, has announced the opening of the selection of applications within the "Stefan Banach" scholarship program, addressed to students from developing countries, including Albania.
The program in question offers:
– level II studies with a scholarship of PLN 1500 (334 euros) per month throughout the academic year
(3 – 4 semesters)
- studies will be in the following directions:
- a) engineering-technical sciences;
- b) agricultural sciences;
- c) exact and natural sciences
Studies in the humanities and social sciences, where they are an exception, can also be optional
philological studies.
Studies can be conducted in Polish or English.
For the first case, the program also provides a scholarship for the 9-month course for learning the Polish language (1700 PLN or 379 euros per month) as well as the summer language course (1500 PLN or 334 euros) that will mostly be for students who have completed year I (first) in English.
Beneficiaries of the program will be final year Bachelor students, but also those who have completed their first level studies no earlier than 2019.
The level of mastery of the Polish language for applicants must be at least B1, while for the English language at least B2.
The evaluation of the applications will be based on the arithmetic average of the Bachelor's level results.
The application deadline is the period May 20 - June 21, 2021.
