Announcement for 1 (one) vacancy for administrative assistant academic staff at the Rectorate of the University of Tirana

The Rectorate of the University of Tirana announces the competition for 1 (one) vacancy for academic assistant personnel with an administrative character, labeled "Specialist" in the Human Resources Sector, in the Directorate of Internal Services.

Competing candidates for this position must complete the following general criteria:

1. To be Albanian citizens with full ability to act; 
2. Possess a "Master of Science" degree or an equivalent degree, preferably in Economics or Law. 
3. Not having been convicted by a final court decision for committing a criminal offense intentionally;
4. The disciplinary measure of dismissal from work has not been taken against him.

Competing candidates for this position must also complete these special criteria:

1. To know the Labor Code in RSH, the law of higher education, as well as the legislation in general that regulates labor relations in state administration institutions.
2. Knowledge of a foreign language with proof, preferably English, proven by proof;
3. Have very good knowledge in the use of computers, proven by evidence;
4. Have good communication skills, professional ethics and teamwork.
5. It is preferred to have work experience of up to 1 year in this position or in similar positions.

Candidates must submit the following documents to the Human Resources Sector, to the Directorate of Internal Services, to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana:

1. Written request;
2. Curriculum vitae;
3. Diploma of university studies and list of grades (notarized photocopy). For diplomas obtained in foreign universities, a notarized photocopy of the recognition certificate from the responsible institution must be submitted;
4. At least two references from previous employers;
5. Evidence of penalty;
6. Proof of mastering a foreign language (notarized photocopy);
7. Evidence to prove knowledge of computer use (notarized photocopy);
8. Copy of work book (notarized photocopy);
9. Medical report on fitness for work.

Documents are accepted at the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, "Mother Teresa" Square, Tirana, from 31.01.2022 - 14.02.2022. The selection of the winning candidates will be done through competition with files and direct interviews.
