The Ministry of Education and Sports announces that;
At the proposal of MAS, decision no. 386 dated 01.06.2022, of the Council of Ministers "On the approval of fields and study programs, which constitute a national priority and financial support of excellent students who follow these programs in public institutions of higher education", which stipulates in point 8, that the Minister defines the detailed rules for application deadlines, review and procedures for determining the amount and method of financing.
Pursuant to this instruction, instruction no. 30, date 04.11.2022, "For determining the application rules and deadlines, as well as the procedures for determining the amount and method of financing excellent students and those who follow study programs that constitute a national priority"
