An exciting culmination of the completion of the psycho-pedagogical preparation program for young pedagogues of the University of Tirana, showcasing their innovative teaching techniques through seven very interesting presentations, led by the mentors, who were also the trainers of this program, mainly from Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, Faculty of Social Sciences. The event, held in the honorable presence of the Rector of the university and the Deans of several Faculties, was a proof of the institution's commitment to nurturing exceptional pedagogues.
The day started with the presentation of the Rector, Prof. Dr. Artan Hoxha, who revealed the vision of the University of Tirana in the continuous improvement of teaching at the University that he directs, and then continued with the welcoming speech of Prof. Laura Baecher from Hunter College, New York and a cornerstone for this program, supported by the Fulbright Scholar Scholarship Program of the US Department of State. Presenters revealed their approaches to fostering engaging and interactive classroom environments.
Each presentation offered a unique perspective, leaving the audience amazed and inspired by the wealth of ideas presented.
As the presentations ended, participants were awarded Certificates with credits in a room buzzing with enthusiasm and intellectual exchange. The activity left an indelible mark on all those present, reaffirming the commitment of the University of Tirana to provide an exceptional educational experience for its students.
