The decision-making procedure by the authorities and governing bodies of the University of Tirana, depending on their type and nature, is based on law no. 80/2015 "On higher education and scientific research in institutions of higher education in the Republic of Albania", the Statute of the University of Tirana, the Regulation of the University of Tirana, as well as other internal acts.
