Every person, when he deems it necessary, has the right to file a complaint or request with the University of Tirana.
Except when the law provides for a certain form, any request or complaint, with which a person addresses the University of Tirana (UT), can be made in written form; to be declared verbally before the public body and recorded by the latter; or be made in any other suitable form. The request/complaint is considered in written form even when it is sent electronically, provided that it clearly indicates its author.
The request or presentation of the complaint must be clear enough to define the requester/complainant as well as its purpose. The request/complaint is submitted directly to UT or to any of its units.
