Erasmus+ Capacity Building for Higher Education: Capacity building projects in the field of higher education are international cooperation projects, based on multilateral partnerships, mainly between higher education institutions from Program countries and partner ones.

The purpose of these projects is to support modernization, internationalization and increased access to higher education, address the challenges faced by institutions and their higher education systems, increase cooperation with the EU, promote people-to-people contacts, awareness intercultural and understanding.
