The Pedagogical-Psychological Training Program of our university's new lecturers, which lasted about 12 weeks, successfully ends. The University of Tirana offered for the second time the Continuing Pedagogical-Psychological Training Program for young lecturers.  

This program for the academic year 2023-2024 was offered to 47 (forty-seven) members of the academic staff, both for the newly hired staff and for the academic staff of the lecturer and assistant lecturer category who are on duty, who have not received pedagogical training during their studies or academic activity.  

For the first time in this program, lecturers from the University of Arts participated, as well as doctoral students who continue the third cycle programs at the University of Tirana.  

In the speech of greeting in this activity by two deputy The Rectors of the University of Tirana, Prof. Dr. Anila Paparisto and Prof. Dr. Gentiana Sharku, and Prof. Dr. Arjana Muçaj, the importance, cooperation and dedication of the young lecturers who participated in this training was emphasized.
