This project aims to the development of 3 Jean Monnet modules, at the Faculty of Economics (FE), University of Tirana (UT). The courses will be developed in the context of EU integration and EU policy in the field of Climate, Energy and Fiscal Administration. The first module will be integrated into the "Energy Markets" course, enriching the course program with topics and case studies related to the European experience in the field of Energy. Best practices related to the implementation of renewable energy sources and the development of the EU carbon market will also be included. The second module will be integrated within the "Fiscal Administration" course, enriching the course program with topics and case studies related to the European experience in green taxation, tax justice, climate taxonomy and well-being. The third module will be offered through a specialized intensive course entitled "The climate and green finance agenda in the EU", which will be addressed to all interested students from all study programs offered in FE and possibly include students and professionals. The module will address issues related to the impact of climate change and mitigation energy policies on financial markets in the EU. The course syllabus will include knowledge of sustainable development, the EU's climate change integration agenda, climate finance, "green" climate finance instruments, sustainable finance in the EU and developing countries.
