1. Professional Development Center at the University of Tirana, Department of Pedagogy-Psychology at the Faculty of Social Sciences in collaboration with the University of Bergen, Norway, during the implementation of the ERASMUS + project, KA171, in the period from April 21 to 26, 2024 , realized with Prof. Dr. Nora Wiium and Prof. Assoc. Dr. Marina Hirnstein near the premises of the Faculty of Social Sciences several workshops with students of the second and third cycle (doctorate), as well as with new lecturers related to the methodology of scientific research and research ethics according to the topics:

 

1- Cultural exchange.

2- Positive Youth Development

3- Research Method in Positive Youth Development 

4- Issues within Research on Positive Youth Developmental

5- Ethical issues in Research.

The aforementioned activities held by the aforementioned lecturers were carried out in the presence of a selected audience mainly composed of doctoral students and young lecturers at the University of Tirana who had a special interest:

- Regarding the topics that would be presented and also sharing common experiences to maximize the quality of teaching in the future but also to maximize the effectiveness of their academic and professional performance. 

– The help and contribution of the trainers coming from the University of Bergen Norway is the treatment on the need for the right leadership to create the right model of scientific research and to increase the confidence and effectiveness of everyone as a researcher, through simple but powerful skills to communicate, validate and develop trust around.
