1. The Professional Development Center at UT, within the framework of the READ program supported by the Albanian American Development Foundation, organized on December 19-21, 2023, at 10:00-12:00, in the hall of the Institute of European Studies, the training with topic "Innovative Teaching Approaches for engaging Students in European Project Design through Project Management", which was held by Mrs. Erina Guraziu, Lecturer at the University of Florence and certified expert in European project management.

            Some conclusions and suggestions left at the end of this workshop:

– Identifying mechanisms related to the growth of research skills and excellence to address social problems by emphasizing the utility of knowledge.

– Ensuring familiarity and experience with research program development standards, further increasing competitiveness.

- Promoting the visibility and sustainability of research networks based on the principle of collaborative work, emphasizing transnationality. 

– The control mechanism for higher education institutions that want to be competitive in the space of European projects should be based on analysis through effective performance in the context of the European research market.

- To work to create the appropriate institutional spaces to train experts who will increase the efficiency in the design of project proposals to be more competitive in the market and the European research area. 

- Increasing efforts to increase the productivity of scientific research work as well as projects.
