1. The Center for Professional Development at UT organized on 07.02.2024 at 10:30, in the premises of the Rectorate of UT, the training on the topic "Generation 2.0, Technology & Education", which was held by Prof. Dr. Dhurata Shehri, engaged as academic staff at the Department of Literature and at the same time Deputy. Dean at the Faculty of History and Philology at the University of Tirana. During the training, the focus was placed on the reasons why it is important for students to include new technologies in teaching.

In this framework: 

- In today's global context, technology in teaching is changing from necessary to indispensable as it improves;

- effectiveness in the transmission of the theoretical and practical basis for students and teachers of high school literature;

- the concrete didactic aspect where guiding examples are developed using tools, environments, technological forms according to the specifics of the cases; 

– the results to overcome the shortcomings of the orientation texts; 

– management and professional training of teachers;

– alternatives between known and new methods.
