Dr. Eralda Zhilla engaged as academic staff at the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology at the University of Tirana.

During the training, the focus was placed on the reasons why career training is important for students.

In this framework:

- Young people need to be aware and understand that they are free to make independent decisions regarding their education and employment.

- Young people must understand that choices, despite being limited, are open to every member of society regardless of sex, ethnicity, geography, social class.
