1. The Center for Professional Development at the University of Tirana, following the realization of its objectives and mission based on the UT Strategy, organized two workshops in two different sessions, under the direction of Mrs. Monika Harley, (follower of the Fulbright Scholar program, lecturer and academic researcher in media education and disinformation), who reads and researches in the field of information technology, media, communication and innovation in scientific research in different countries of the world. The workshops were held on April 08, 2023 and April 15, 2024, 13:00-15:00, with topics:

– Artificial Intelligence.

– Ethics in research.

The aforementioned activities held by the lecturer, Mrs. Harley, who is part of the Fulbright US Scholar in Albania program, were realized in the presence of a selected audience mainly composed of doctoral students and young lecturers at the University of Tirana who had a special interest in terms of the topics that to present themselves and also by sharing common experiences to maximize the quality of teaching in the future but also to maximize the effectiveness of their academic and professional performance. 

The help and contribution of Phd. Harley is addressing the need for the right leadership to create the right model of scientific research and to increase everyone's confidence and effectiveness as a researcher, through simple but powerful skills to communicate, validate and develop trust around.
