The Center for Professional Development took care of the development of the training which was held by Mrs. Inmaculada Fernández Sáez, from the Complutense University of Madrid, who comes as a guest to the University of Tirana through the Erasmus + mobility program. About 20 representatives of human resources offices from all the main units at the University of Tirana were present.
