1. Center for professional development mediate and organize a joint meeting with representatives of the University of Missouri from the USA. The goal was to establish bridges of cooperation on university programs where interest has been expressed to channel the connections through the University of Missouri and the University of Tirana. For this reason, representatives of the University of Missouri had the opportunity to meet and start talks on a collaboration between the two institutions.

The focus defined in the communication between the parties, which consisted of selected academic personnel from both universities, is the creation of relations with the main units at the University of Tirana for continuous cooperation that includes the criminal justice system or that of social services and the development in a future of joint teaching programs between the two universities that address these areas.
