Rector of the University of Tirana, Prof. Dr. Artan Hoxha, held a meeting with H.E. Zhou Ding, Ambassador of the People's Republic of China in Tirana.

During the meeting, the Rector and the Ambassador evaluated the work of the Confucius Institute-UT in teaching the Chinese language and culture in Albania.

During the discussion, the parties expressed their interest in expanding cooperation between the University of Tirana and Chinese universities in other areas of common interest as well as engaging in joint research projects.
