Rector of UT, Prof. Dr. Artan Hoxha held a meeting with the academic staff of the Department of Physical Education and University Sports at UT, to discuss the plans for the next four years.

The Rector emphasized that this Department is unique and filled with qualified academic staff, as well as an extracurricular program. 

At UT, sports have been introduced as an extracurricular or optional program and the rector emphasized that what we want is to motivate the university more to have a more sustainable program in terms of physical education.

The final goal is to increase the student's desire for physical education, both in terms of teaching and through sports activities, to bring them closer together since sport is movement, education and culture.
