The rectors of the universities in Tirana presented on Friday their proposals for the draft budget of 2023. 

Prof. Dr. Artan Hoxha, Rector of the University of Tirana, stated before entering the hearing session in the commission, that this university has requested an increase in the budget, to improve the salary level of the lecturers and to support the improvement of teaching standards.
