The creation of the Regional and Local Research and Development Center at the Rectorate of the University of Tirana in accordance with the legal framework for higher education, aims to provide services, consultancy and studies in accordance with the mission of the University of Tirana. This center aims to contribute to academic, economic and social development, both nationally and regionally, following national strategies for development and progress.
