This regulation defines the rules for the preparation, organization, development, administration, supervision and announcement of election results for the Student Councils of the Faculties of the University of Tirana and for the Student Council of the University of Tirana, as well as the conditions and deadlines for the registration of candidates, the rights and their obligations, election documentation, voter lists, election campaign, rules for the organization and operation of the election administration, criteria for drawing up the voter list, procedures for voting, evaluation and counting of votes, announcement of results, procedures for reviewing complaints, as well as the rules for the administration and storage of documentation.
