About Us

The University of Tirana represents an integrated structure composed of main unit, basic units and other units, according to the provisions of the institution's statute. The main units are the faculties and scientific research institutes, while its basic units are the departments and research-scientific centers.

The other units are structure created by the University in accordance with the institution's mission and activities, which help fulfill the University's mission. The other units are auxiliary units with an academic character, as well as auxiliary units with an administrative character, which operate at the rectory and main unit level.
