The next Pedagogical-Psychological training session of Young Lecturers

The next Pedagogical-Psychological training of Young Lecturers was carried out by Prof. Assoc. Dr. Gerda Sula with the topic "Digital Competences" in two sessions. 

Nowadays the use of information and communication technology (ICT) in teaching is a powerful pedagogical tool. In this training, the different digital forms in the teaching and learning process were discussed, as well as the ways of their inclusion in the classroom and outside it. 

Also, the techniques of selection, evaluation and research of digital tools for pedagogical needs were discussed. Educators were briefed on the basic concepts of instructional models and design for more efficient learning, utilizing technology. In this training, various educational technologies were identified and evaluated, including LMS, multimedia tools, assessment tools through technology, as well as educational applications and games. 

A distinct voice gave you the use of technology tools to create and manage course content, as well as to facilitate communication and collaboration with students. 

During the teaching process, young lecturers will be able to create and integrate multimedia content, such as video, audio and images, in teaching and learning activities, as well as apply best practices for integrating technology into teaching. and learning, such as using technology to enhance learning and active engagement.
