The Ministry of Education informs about the summer seminars of Bulgarian language, literature and culture for 2026, where 3 quotas are foreseen for the Republic of Albania:

1 quota at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, for the period 12-31 July 2026;
2 quotas at the Veliko Tarnovo University of St. Cyril and Methodius, for the period July 12 - August 1, 2026.

The Bulgarian side covers the costs of accommodation, food and the educational-cultural program, while travel expenses and health insurance are covered by the participants themselves.

The deadline for applications is May 10, 2026 and is submitted to the address: embassy.tirana@mfa.bg.
