The call for applications for scholarships for students of the University of Tirana at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, for the second semester of the academic year 2020-2021 is postponed.

Within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, the call for applications for scholarships for mobility for students of the University of Tirana to the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, for the second semester of the academic year 2020-2021 has been postponed.

Types of mobility include:

- Student exchange for studies;

Duration of scholarships:

– Bachelor / Master / Ph.D (1 semester);

Scholarships include:

– Monthly compensation (850 EUR per month);

– Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Students benefiting from Erasmus+ mobility will not pay any tuition fees at the host university. Students will continue to pay their tuition and/or registration fees at their home university.

Documents required for application for the Bachelor's level: 

– CV (in English / Greek);

– Color photographs, passport forms;

– Passport copy;

– Student certificate (officially translated into English/Greek, depending on the study program);

– List of grades (officially translated into English/Greek, depending on the study program);

– Letter of motivation (in English/Greek, depending on the study program);

– Foreign language certificate (B2 level of English/Greek);

– Learning Agreement document* (minimum 30 ECTS);

 

*Learning Agreement is a contract between the home university and the applicant and serves to determine the courses you will develop at the host university. You only need to complete the first section ''Before the Mobility. Table A defines the subjects and credits you will receive at the host university, table B defines which of the subjects from Table A will be recognized at the University of Tirana when you have completed the exchange period.

 

ATTENTION: You must choose to complete the same courses at the host university as you would in the second semester at your faculty, so that the courses and credits will be recognized when you return. If the selected courses differ from those you would develop in your faculty in the second semester, then when you return you must develop/attend the courses that do not fit in the University of Tirana.

The "Learning Agreement" document in the "Commitment" section is signed by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and finally in the Rectors by the Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator. If the student changes courses during mobility, the During mobility section must be signed by the person in charge at the faculty and then by the person in charge at the Rectorate
