The call for scholarships within the Erasmus + Program at South-West University "Neofit Rilski", in Bulgaria, for the second semester of the academic year 2020-2021, is postponed.

The University of Tirana postpones the call for applications for scholarships for mobility at South-West University "Neofit Rilski", in Bulgaria within the Erasmus + program, for students of the University of Tirana, for the second semester of the academic year 2020-2021.

Types of mobility include:

-Student exchange for studies;

 

Mobility levels for students:

  • Bachelor;
  • Master;

 

Duration of scholarships:

-Bachelor / Master (4 months);

 

Fields of study:

-Bulgarian language;

- Russian language;

-English language;

- German language;

Scholarships include:

 

  • Monthly allowance (800 EUR per month for students);
  • Travel costs (180 EUR);

 

Students benefiting from Erasmus+ mobility will not pay any tuition fees at the host university. Students will continue to pay their tuition and/or registration fees at their home university.

 

Documents required for application for Bachelor students:

 

  • CV (in English/Bulgarian language);

 

  • Copy of Passport;

 

  • Bachelor's degree student certificate (officially translated into English/Bulgarian language);

 

  • Grade list (officially translated into English/Bulgarian language);

 

  • Letter of Motivation (in English/Bulgarian language);

 

  • Foreign language certificate B2 (Bulgarian/English/Russian/German/ depending on the study program);

 

-*Learning Agreement;

 

*Learning Agreement is a contract between the home university and the applicant and serves to determine the courses you will develop at the host university. You only need to complete the first section ''Before the Mobility. Table A defines the subjects and credits you will receive at the host university, table B defines which of the subjects from Table A will be recognized at the University of Tirana when you have completed the exchange period.

 

ATTENTION: You must choose to complete the same courses at the host university as you would in the second semester at your faculty, so that the courses and credits will be recognized when you return. If the selected courses differ from those you would develop in your faculty in the second semester, then when you return you must develop/attend the courses that do not fit in the University of Tirana.

 

The "Learning Agreement" document in the "Commitment" section is signed first by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and then in the Rectors by the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +. If the student changes courses during mobility, the During mobility section must be signed by the person in charge at the faculty and then by the person in charge at the Rectors.

Deadline for application: January 13, 2021

The documents must be delivered by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, the Department of External Relations and Students, the Department of External Relations, and must be sent scanned to the e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
