The call for scholarships within the Erasmus + program at the Western University of Timisoara, in Romania, is postponed

Within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, the call for applications for scholarships for mobility for students of the University of Tirana to the Western University of Timisoara, in Romania, has been postponed for the second semester of the academic year 2019-2020.

Types of mobility include:

- Student exchange for studies;

Mobility levels for students:

– Bachelor;
– Masters;
– Doctorate;

Field of study:
- Journalist

Duration of scholarships:
– Bachelor (1 semester);
– Master (1 semester);
– Doctorate (1 semester);

Scholarships include:
– Monthly allowance (750 EUR per month for students)
– Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host and home university)

Students benefiting from Erasmus + mobility will not pay any tuition fees in the host university. Students will continue to pay their tuition and/or fees enrollment at their home university.

Documents required for application for Bachelor level students:
-CV (in English);
-Copy of Passport;
-Student certificate (officially translated into English);
- Grade list (officially translated into English);
-Motivation Letter (in English);
- Foreign language certificate (English B2);
-Learning Agreement*
*Learning Agreement is a contract between the home university and the applicant and serves to determine the courses you will study at the host university. You only need to fill in the first section "Mobility Plan". Table A defines the subjects and credits you will receive at the host university, in table B it is determined which of the subjects of Table A will be recognized in University of Tirana when you have completed the exchange period.

ATTENTION: You must choose to complete courses at the Western University of Timisoara the same as what you would do in the second semester at your faculty, so that the subjects and Credits will be credited to you when you return. If the selected subjects differ from those that will developed in your faculty the second semester, then when you return you must develop/attend subjects that do not fit in the University of Tirana.The "Learning Agreement" document in the "Commitment" section is first signed by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and then in Rectors by the Coordinator
Institutional Erasmus +. If the student changes courses during mobility, the During part
mobility must be signed by the responsible person at the faculty and then by the responsible person
in the Rectors.

-Student certificate (officially translated into English);
- Master's degree;
- Bachelor's grade list (officially translated into English);
- Master's grade list (officially translated into English);
-Motivation Letter (in English);
– Foreign language certificate (English B2);
– The proposed research plan, signed by the student himself and the leading lecturer at UT;
-Learning Agreement*;

Application deadline: 27 November 2019
The documents must be submitted by hand to the Rectorate of the University of Tirana, Directorate of Foreign Relations and Students, the Sector of Foreign Relations as well as should are sent scanned to the e-mail iro@unitir.edu.al.
