Within the framework of the Erasmus + program, the call for applications for mobility scholarships for students of the University of Tirana, for the second semester of the 2024-2025 academic year, at Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, Poland, has been postponed.
Types of mobility include:
- Student exchange for studies;
Mobility levels and duration:
– Bachelor (1 semester);
– Master (1 semester);

Erasmus+ – Courses for Exchange Students
Scholarships include:
– Monthly allowance (800 EUR per month for students);
– Travel costs (the host university will cover a cost of 275 Euros);
Students benefiting from Erasmus+ mobility will not pay any tuition fees at the host university. Students will continue to pay their tuition and/or registration fees at their home university.
Documents required for application for Bachelor level students:
- CV
– Passport copy;
-Student certificate (in Albanian and officially translated into English);
– List of grades (in Albanian, officially translated into English);
– Foreign language certificate (English B2);
-*Learning Agreement;
*Learning Agreement is a contract between the home university and the applicant and serves to determine the courses you will develop at the host university. You only need to complete the first section ''Before the mobility. Table A defines the subjects and credits you will receive at the host university, table B defines which of the subjects of Table A will be recognized at the University of Tirana when you have completed the exchange period.
ATTENTION: You must choose to complete at the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, Poland the same courses that you would complete in the second semester at your faculty, so that the courses and credits will be recognized when you return. If the selected courses differ from those you would develop in your faculty, then when you return you must develop the courses that do not fit in the University of Tirana.
The "Learning Agreement" document in the "Commitment" section is signed first by the applicant, then by the academic coordinator at the faculty level and then in the Rectors by the Institutional Coordinator of Erasmus +. If the student changes courses during mobility, the During mobility section must be signed by the person in charge at the faculty and then by the person in charge at the Rectors.
