In connection with University Health Structures, referring to article 28, of law no. 80/2015 are approved and function as such with VKM, after meeting the specific standards and based on the defined criteria, with the proposal of the responsible Minister of Education and the Minister of Health. So, these structures are units of the education system and the health system, which perform tertiary services, diagnostic and training functions, as well as teaching and research-scientific functions, as part of the HEI.

For this reason, UT does not have university health structures.
