*Description:*	BLUEWBC aims to increase the capacity and capability of HEIs in Innovation and Entrepreneurship targeting the concept of blue economy in Montenegro and Albania through the support of partners from Lithuania, Croatia and Norway. Academic and practical support together with the creation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship centers will be addressed to students and academic staff of HEIs, as well as professionals in the marine and coastal tourism sectors in these countries.
